Fasting & Prayer Bulletin For DUNAMIS 2014

SATURDAY 12TH APRIL, 2014: PRAYERS FOR DUNAMIS VARIETY NIGHT (WED 23RD APRIL ‘14)

1. Prayer for Minister

• Pray that as he ministers, all who hear him, will be pricked in their hearts and make a decision for the Lord. (Acts 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?)
• Pray that the Lord give the Minister divine utterance and wisdom to minister with boldness and to make known the mystery of the gospel. Pray for a release of fresh grace upon him. Eph 6:19-20: And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
• Pray that the understanding of the people will be opened, causing genuine repentance. Luke 24:45: Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures… Matt 13:15: For this people’s heart is waxed gross , and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. Once people understand, they will be converted!
  

2.  Choir

2Kgs. 3:15 But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him.

2 Chron. 5:13-14:  It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;  So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.

• Pray for an outpouring of Gods Spirit and fresh unction upon the mass choir and the other ministers. Pray that the choir will cause a powerful move of Gods Spirit bringing great blessing upon the church. Pray that there will be unity in ministrations and that Gods glory will fill the Ark as the choir ministers.
• Pray that as the choir ministers, the hand of the Lord will come upon all the ministers and the congregation.
  

3. Guest Ministers (LIVELY STONE-ALL STONE CHURCH BRANCHES )

1 Peter 4:11: If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God ; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

• Pray for the music ministers for a release of fresh grace upon them so that their ministry will bring blessing and impart lives. Pray that God will use his team to bring many souls unto Christ…pray for true repentance to take place in the lives of people who come! Let the hearts of men turn to the Lord as the Spirit of the Lord draws them.
• Pray for a fresh anointing upon the guest ministers. Pray for Gods breath upon their ministrations  so that souls will be drawn into the kingdom as a result.
• Pray that the Lord will speak to the people through the ministration.
  

4.  Personal Encounters

Gen. 32: 24: And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day; Dan. 10:7: And I Daniel alone saw the vision

• Pray for all who attend the variety night that the Lord will give them a lifetime encounter during the programme and that no one will go home untouched.
• Pray that the Lord will visit everyone who attends the meeting. Pray that the lives of people will be imparted and transformed. No one will return home unchanged. 1 Kings 13:10: So he went another way , and returned not by the way that he came to Bethel.

• Pray that God will confirm His word with signs and wonders to everyone who attends the programme and that there will be a definite change in the lives of the people. Pray that as the word is preached; the Lord will work with His servants and confirm the word preached with signs.

 Mark 16:20: And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following.

5.  Harvest of Souls/Church growth

Is 66:8: Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children

• Travail for many sons and daughters to be born into Gods kingdom on every single day the Convention will be taking place, especially on Wednesday which is targeted at the lost!

2 Cor 4:3-4: But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

• Pray for every unbeliever who will be present at the meeting, remove the veil covering their minds and command the light of the gospel to shine upon their hearts. The gospel will be revealed to them clearly and they shall not be in the dark anymore. Isa 6:10: Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed. Lord, open their eyes and their understanding so they may see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and be converted.

Acts2:41-42: Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

• Pray that the word will be received with gladness resulting in genuine repentance and subsequent addition to the body of Christ. These souls will abide and continue steadfastly in the word.
• Pray also that every backslider will be restored back into fellowship with God.

6. Perfect weather in Dunamis 2014

 Jam. 5:17: Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.;

Job 37:22; Fair weather cometh out of the north:

• Pray that the weather will work for us and for the success of the programme. Pray that at the time of our meetings, the cloud shall withhold its rain during the times the Convention will be taking place.
• Pray for good weather on every day of the Convention. Pray also for good weather for our publicity floats.
  

7.  DUNAMIS Publicity

Luke 5:15: But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.

• Pray for Gods breath to be upon all the broadcasting media to be used. Pray that the fame of this programme will be spread all across the city. Multitudes will gather to hear the word and to be healed.
• Pray in particular that the publicity for the variety night will be very effective in bringing unbelievers and backsliders to the meeting. Our labour will not be in vain. Pray also for the publicity floats, that as we go out, we will find favour before the people and there will be good response to our invitation.

Zech 8:20-22: Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities: And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also. Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.

• Pray that this scripture will be fulfilled during Dunamis that many people from every part of the city will gather to seek the Lord.
  

8.  Resist Satan and his agents

• Destroy every plan of Satan against the success of the meeting. Frustrate every move to stop people from attending the meetings. Remove every veil covering the minds of unbelievers in the city of Ibadan; command the light of the gospel to shine upon their hearts.

Is 44:25; That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:

1Cor 10:3-5: For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds 😉 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

• Pull down every stronghold in the minds of the people, cast down wrong imaginations, pray that the word of God will find a place in the heart of everyone who attends the meeting and that the word will take root in every heart.
• Resist the devil concerning Dunamis 2014…he flees from us and cannot influence the meetings in any way! (Ja 4:7: Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.)
• Eph 4:27: Neither give place to the devil. We insist that Satan has no place among us as we gather on Wed 23^RD April….

8.  Commit Dunamis 2014 into His hands, invite the Lord to take His place among us and glorify Himself. Lord, let your will be done among us and show yourself strong in our midst in Jesus’ name! Pray in particular for the Wednesday meeting. Pray in the Holy Ghost!

9.  Give thanks for a successful convention. The glory of this latter house shall indeed be greater than that of the former; this year’s Dunamis shall be greater than the past years in Jesus’ name. We are expectant and our expectations shall not be cut off, our desires are granted, thank God for His faithfulness. Hag 2:7-9: And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

10. Prophesy over the variety night…there shall be a great harvest of souls, many hearts will turn to the Lord, the meeting shall be well attended by unbelievers and backsliders, the Lord will draw men unto Himself, there shall be true repentance, the Lord will add unto the church such as should be saved, there will be an overflow of the blessing of God, God will be glorified….

 SUNDAY 13^TH APRIL, 2014: PRAYERS FOR THURSDAY OPENING RALLY (24^TH APRIL, 2014)

1.  Thanksgiving

 Psalm 100:4-5: Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

• Give thanks to God for keeping this ministry for the past 21 years!
• Thank Him also for increasing us and for His grace upon this ministry since inception.
• Thank Him for the souls that have been saved through this ministry and the many lives that have been impacted and transformed through the word taught. Thank God for the revelation of His word He has given unto us, His word is not scarce among us!
• Give God thanks for the Stone Church is marching on and the gates of hell shall not prevail in Jesus’ name!
  

2.  Submit to the Lord (James 4:7)

Ps 37:5-7: Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.  And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him

• Commit the second day of the Convention, 24^TH April into the hands of God, ask Him to take his place and glorify Himself even as we gather together on this date.
• Lord, let your will be done in that meeting, we give you a free hand to move among us…take your place and establish your counsel among us! Set apart the day unto the Lord.

Ex 33:13-16: Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight , shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence. For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? is it not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth.

• We desire Gods manifest presence among us on this day and we pray that He will reveal Himself unto everyone who attends so that we may know him. Jesus is the reason for this Convention; we desire to see Him on each day.
  

3.  Choir/Drama Ministrations

2Kgs. 3:15 But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him.

2 Chron. 5:13-14:  It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;  So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.

• Pray for an outpouring of Gods Spirit and fresh unction upon the choir and the mass choir. Pray for a fresh anointing upon the drama ministration. Pray that as the choir ministers; the hand of the Lord will come upon the ministers and the congregation.
• Pray that the choir and drama ministrations will cause a powerful move of Gods Spirit bringing great blessing upon the church. Pray that there will be unity in ministrations and that Gods glory will fill the Ark as the choir and the drama team minister.

4.  Prayer for the guest Ministers….for utterance and insight into Gods will!

1 Cor 2:1-5: And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

• Pray that the servant of God will declare Gods word, not with excellency of speech or of wisdom but His speech and preaching will be in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.

• Pray that the heaven over him will be opened for unusual revelation. Pray for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation for him as he prepares for the Convention. Pray that God will grant him insight into His purpose and plan for the Convention. Isa 30:21: And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way , walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. Let him know the mind of God for this Convention. Pray that the Lord will open his eyes.

• Pray that the Lord give him divine utterance for this Convention. Pray that he will speak as the oracles of God as the Lord supplies an abundance of His grace upon him as he ministers. Pray for the gifts of the Spirit to be in operation as he ministers.
• Pray that his ministry will bring tremendous blessing to every individual who attends this meeting and to the Word Alive Ministries as a whole.
• Pray for the operations of the gifts of the Spirit as he ministers.
  

5.  Personal Encounters (Gen. 32: 24-32)

Dan. 10:7 And I Daniel alone saw the vision

• Pray that the Lord will visit everyone individually such that each person will have a life changing encounter during the Convention.

• Pray that every grass in the field will be watered and there will be seasons of refreshing. Zech 10:1: Ask the Lord for rain in the spring, and he will give it. It is the Lord who makes storm clouds that drop showers of rain so that every field becomes a lush pasture.
• Pray that God will confirm His word with signs and wonders to everyone who attends the programme and that there will be a definite change in the lives of the people. Mark 16:20: And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following.

• Pray for God’s word to touch everyone individually at each person’s level of understanding. Pray for everyone to return home a transformed/changed man through the ministry of the word. Pray that the Lord will open the eyes of everyone present at the meeting so that they might understand the scriptures. (Acts 2:41-43) Luke 24:45: Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures
  

6.  Demonstration of the power of God

Isa 64:1: Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down at thy presence,

• Pray for the presence of God to be made manifest among us working divers miracles in the lives of people. Pray for a release of power to deliver everyone who is under the oppression of the enemy. Isa 10:27: And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing . Pray that the anointing will be strong to break every yoke and bring deliverance.

• Pray that the Lord will release the greatness of His power that will bring about life – changing encounters for the people. Pray that Dunamis 2014 will usher in a season of open doors for Gods people.
• Pray that every grass in the field will be watered and refreshed by His Spirit. Zech 10:1: Ask the Lord for rain in the spring, and he will give it. It is the Lord who makes storm clouds that drop showers of rain so that every field becomes a lush pasture.
• Luke 5:17: And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them. Pray for Gods healing power to be available throughout the Convention to heal all manner of sickness and disease among the people. Release the healing grace upon the meeting, to heal the sick.  Pray for the rivers of healing to flow and for the Sun of righteousness to arise among us with healing in His wings. (Mal. 4:2: But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture.)
• Pray for outstanding miracles to be wrought in the lives of people so that God may be glorified. John 11:4: When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. Pray that the works of God may be made manifest in the lives of those who have been bound with the spirit of infirmity. John 9:3: Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

8.  Harvest of souls (Ps. 2:8)

Pray that the Lord will give us the lost for our inheritance and that souls will be saved at this meeting. Pray for a great harvest of souls into Gods kingdom during this meeting and also for these fruits to abide and bring forth more fruits. Is 43:5-6:  Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west; I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; Command the harvest of souls from every part of the city.

9. Revival

Isa 55:7-13: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

• Pray that the hearts of people will turn to the Lord during this Convention…that every backslider will be restored and every one will repent from evil ways/thoughts and turn to the Lord with all their hearts. Pray that this Convention will bring revival in the Stone Church family resulting in an overflow of the blessings of the Lord upon the people. The mountains shall break forth before us as we return unto the Lord! Pray that there will be true repentance as people are ministered to.
  

Hos 6:1-3

Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

• Pray for a revival of the Spirit….and the Lord will come unto us as the rain upon the earth, there shall be an overflow of His power in the church as He will come unto us!

1.   Thanksgiving

• Pray that the hearts of people will turn to the Lord during this Convention…that every backslider will be restored and every one will repent from evil ways/thoughts and turn to the Lord with all their hearts. Pray that this Convention will bring revival in the Stone Church family resulting in an overflow of the blessings of the Lord upon the people. The mountains shall break forth before us as we return unto the Lord! Pray that there will be true repentance as people are ministered to.

• Pray for the latter rain to fall upon every individual at each of the meetings leading to fruitfulness, increase and refreshing. Pray for Gods help on every day of the Convention.

• During this Convention, pray that every reproach will be removed. The people of God shall not be ashamed.

Hos 6:1-3

Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

• Pray for a revival of the Spirit….and the Lord will come unto us as the rain upon the earth, there shall be an overflow of His power in the church as He will come unto us!

• Pray for God’s word to touch everyone individually at each person’s level of understanding. Pray for everyone to return home a transformed/changed man through the ministry of the word. Pray that the Lord will open the eyes of everyone present at the meeting so that they might understand the scriptures. (Acts 2:41-43; Luke 24:45)
• Pray that God will confirm His word with signs and wonders to everyone who attends the programme and that there will be a definite change in the lives of the people. Mark 16:20: And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following.
• Pray that healings will be wrought by the hand of God in the two meetings.
  

7. Demonstration of the power of God

Isa 64:1: Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down at thy presence,

• Pray for the presence of God to be made manifest among us working divers miracles in the lives of people. Pray for a release of power to deliver everyone who is under the oppression of the enemy. Isa 10:27: And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing . Pray that the anointing will be strong to break every yoke and bring deliverance.

• Pray that the Lord will release the greatness of His power that will bring about life – changing encounters for the people.
• Pray that Dunamis 2014 will usher in a season of open doors for Gods people.
• Pray that every grass in the field will be watered and refreshed by His Spirit. Zech 10:1: Ask the Lord for rain in the spring, and he will give it. It is the Lord who makes storm clouds that drop showers of rain so that every field becomes a lush pasture.
• Pray for Gods healing power to be available throughout the Convention to heal all manner of sickness and disease among the people. Pray for the rivers of healing to flow and for the Sun of righteousness to arise among us with healing in His wings. (Mal. 4:2: But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture.)
• Pray for outstanding miracles to be wrought in the lives of people so that God may be glorified. John 11:4: When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. Pray that the works of God may be made manifest in the lives of those who have been bound with the spirit of infirmity. John 9:3: Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

Ex 33:13-16: Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight , shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence. For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? is it not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth.

• We desire Gods manifest presence among us on this day and we pray that He will reveal Himself unto everyone who attends so that we may know him. Jesus is the reason for this Convention; we desire to see Him on each day.
• Pray that the Lord will visit His people in an unusual way that will change their lives.
  

9.  Perfect Weather in Dunamis 2014

Jam. 5:17: Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.;

Job 37:22; Fair weather cometh out of the north:

• Pray that the weather will work for us and for the success of the programme. Pray that at the time of our meetings, the cloud shall withhold its rain during the times the Convention will be taking place.
• Pray for good weather on every day of the Convention. Pray also for good weather for our publicity floats.
  

9.  Phil 4: 19: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Give thanks to God for meeting every need of the Convention. Confess that every need is abundantly supplied and all our bills paid up in Jesus’ name!

10.  Resist every power of Satan against the meeting, the enemy shall not in any way influence the meeting neither shall he be able to stop the people from receiving their blessing. Frustrate every evil plan; they shall be turned into foolishness. Is 44:25; That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:

The glory of this latter house shall indeed be greater than that of the former; this year’s Dunamis shall be greater than the past years in Jesus’ name. We are expectant and our expectations shall not be cut off, our desires are granted, thank God for His faithfulness. Hag 2:7-9: And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

Prophesy over the meeting…there shall be a great harvest of souls, many hearts will turn to the Lord, the meeting shall be well attended by unbelievers and backsliders, the Lord will draw men unto Himself, there shall be true repentance, the Lord will add unto the church such as should be saved, there will be an overflow of the blessing of God, God will be glorified, the power of God shall be demonstrated among us, the gifts of the Spirit shall be in manifestation, miracles shall be wrought….!

TUESDAY 15^TH APRIL, 2014: PRAYERS FOR SATURDAY MORNING AND EVENING SESSIONS (26^TH APRIL, 2014)

1.  Thanksgiving

 Psalm 100:4-5: Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

• Give thanks to God for keeping this ministry for the past 21 years!
• Thank Him also for increasing us and for His grace upon this ministry since inception.
• Thank Him for the souls that have been saved through this ministry and the many lives that have been impacted and transformed through the word taught. Thank God for the revelation of His word He has given unto us, His word is not scarce among us!
• Give God thanks for the Stone Church is marching on and the gates of hell shall not prevail in Jesus’ name!
  

2.  Submit to the Lord (James 4:7)

Ps 37:5-7: Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.  And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him

• Commit the fourth day of the Convention, 26^th April into the hands of God, ask Him to take his place and glorify Himself even as we gather together on April 26.
• Lord, let your will be done in that meeting, that which is in your mind for the meeting, we give you a free hand to move among us…take your place and establish your counsel among us!

Set apart the day unto the Lord.

3.  Choir/Drama Ministrations

2Kgs. 3:15 But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him.

• Pray for an outpouring of Gods Spirit and fresh unction upon the choir and the mass choir.

2 Chron. 5:13-14:  It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;  So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.

• Pray that the choir ministrations will cause a powerful move of Gods Spirit bringing great blessing upon the church. Pray that there will be unity in ministrations and that Gods glory will fill the Ark as the choir ministers. Pray that as the choir ministers, the hand of the Lord will come upon the ministers and the congregation.
• Pray for the drama ministration, for a fresh grace upon the drama team so that their ministry will bring blessing to the people and the church as a whole.

1 Cor 2:1-5: And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

• Pray that the servants of God (for both meetings) will declare Gods word, not with excellency of speech or of wisdom but their speech and preaching will be in demonstration of the Spirit and of power. Pray that their words will be seasoned with grace and carry the power of God.

• Pray that the heaven over them will be opened for unusual revelation. Pray for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation for them as they prepare for the Convention. Pray that God will grant them insight into His purpose and plan for the Convention. Isa 30:21: And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way , walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. Let them know the mind of God for this Convention. Pray that the Lord will open their eyes.

• Pray for a fresh anointing upon them and fresh insight into Gods word. (Ps. 23:5) Pray for the gifts of the Spirit to be in operation as they minister.

• Pray for the ordination service that the glory of God will come upon the pastors and elders to be ordained.
• Pray that as they are being anointed with oil, a new Spirit will come upon them that will enable them to run with the vision of the Word Alive Ministry and bring blessing to the church of God. Pray that their lives will be imparted definitely by the Spirit of God to fulfil the plan of God for their lives. 1 Sam 10:6-7: And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man. And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve thee; for God is with thee.
• Pray that these men and women will be set apart for service unto the Lord and that He will be glorified in and through them. They will not bring shame to the name of the Lord!

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

• Pray that the hearts of people will turn to the Lord during this Convention…that every backslider will be restored and every one will repent from evil ways/thoughts and turn to the Lord with all their hearts. Pray that this Convention will bring revival in the Stone Church family resulting in an overflow of the blessings of the Lord upon the people. The mountains shall break forth before us as we return unto the Lord! Pray that there will be true repentance as people are ministered to.

Hos 6:1-3

Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

• Pray for a revival of the Spirit….and the Lord will come unto us as the rain upon the earth, there shall be an overflow of His power in the church as He will come unto us!

• There shall be a forsaking of every evil thought/way and everyone will turn to the Lord.

6. Divine Visitation

Gen.18:14; Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee

1Sam. 1:19: And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her.

• Pray that the Lord will release the greatness of His power that will bring about life – changing encounters for the people.
• Pray that Dunamis 2014 will usher in a season of open doors for Gods people.
• Pray for Gods healing power to be available throughout the Convention to heal all manner of sickness and disease among the people. Pray for the rivers of healing to flow and for the Sun of righteousness to arise among us with healing in His wings. (Mal. 4:2: But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture.)
• Pray for outstanding miracles to be wrought in the lives of people so that God may be glorified. John 11:4: When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. Pray that the works of God may be made manifest in the lives of those who have been bound with the spirit of infirmity. John 9:3: Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

Ex 33:13-16: Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight , shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. And he said unto him, If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence. For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? is it not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth.

• We desire Gods manifest presence among us on this day and we pray that He will reveal Himself unto everyone who attends so that we may know him. Jesus is the reason for this Convention; we desire to see Him on each day.
• Pray that the Lord will visit His people in an unusual way that will change their lives.

• Pray for God’s word to touch everyone individually at each person’s level of understanding. Pray for everyone to return home a transformed/changed man through the ministry of the word. Pray that the Lord will open the eyes of everyone present at the meeting so that they might understand the scriptures. (Acts 2:41-43) Luke 24:45: Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

• Pray for the power of God to be present to heal as Gods word is being taught. Luke 5:17: And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.
  

7. Harvest of souls/Church Growth

Ps2:8:  Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

• Pray that the Lord will give us the lost for our inheritance and that souls will be saved at this meeting. Pray for a great harvest of souls into Gods kingdom during this meeting and also for these fruits to abide and bring forth more fruits.
  

•  Pray that as the word is preached, all who hear will be pricked in their hearts and make a decision for the Lord. (Acts 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?)

Is 66:8: Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children

• Travail for many sons and daughters to be born into Gods kingdom on every single day the Convention will be taking place.

Acts 2:47: And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

• Pray that the Lord will add unto our churches daily such as should be saved. Pray for numerical increase such that our churches will be filled with people that will continue steadfastly in Gods word and fellowship.
  

8.  Resist every power of Satan against the meeting, the enemy shall not in any way influence the meeting neither shall he be able to stop the people from receiving their blessing. Frustrate every evil plan; they shall be turned into foolishness. Is 44:25; That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:

9. Effect on our Local Churches

Josh 18:1: And the whole congregation of the children of Israel assembled together at Shiloh, and set up the tabernacle of the congregation there. And the land was subdued before them. (Ps. 126:1-6; Joshua 18:1)

• Pray that this Convention will establish a turning point for all branches of the Stone Church worldwide, affecting every facet. Pray that every challenge facing each of our branches will be subdued as we assemble together.

Ps 126:1-6: When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them. The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

• Pray that all our churches will begin to experience a re-awakening and a revival as a result of this Convention.
• Pray that there shall be a turnaround in the history of our churches after this Convention…sorrow shall be turned into joy.

10. Give thanks for a successful convention.

The glory of this latter house shall indeed be greater than that of the former; this year’s Dunamis shall be greater than the past years in Jesus’ name. We are expectant and our expectations shall not be cut off, our desires are granted, thank God for His faithfulness. Hag 2:7-9: And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

11. Prophesy over the meeting…there shall be a great harvest of souls, many hearts will turn to the Lord, the meeting shall be well attended by unbelievers and backsliders, the Lord will draw men unto Himself, there shall be true repentance, the Lord will add unto the church such as should be saved, there will be an overflow of the blessing of God, God will be glorified, the power of God shall be demonstrated among us, the gifts of the Spirit shall be in manifestation, miracles shall be wrought….!
