God Remembers You

Though God gives promises, they come in the form of a seed. It takes time for a seed to germinate, mature and produce fruits.

It is in the nature of man to forget, but God is not a man that He should forget. God remembered Noah, Abraham, Rachel and Hannah amongst several other people who were favoured in the Bible. It may seem God has forgotten us, but He is ever mindful of us.

When you trust God, you must trust Him totally and completely. Though God gives promises, they come in the form of a seed. It takes time for a seed to germinate, mature and produce fruits. God puts us through situations to prune and refine us so that pride can be destroyed in order to make room for more fruits. Our confidence must solely consist in God at every stage of life.

Whatever our heavenly Father does is for our good. Hebrews 12:9-10, “Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

God has a book of remembrance as Malachi 3:16 indicates, “Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.” All it takes to be listed in God’s book of remembrance is to fear God.

God only forgets our sins and iniquities. As long as we confess and forsake our sins, God would forgive and forget. God loves us His people, He is mindful of us and He would not withhold any good thing from us. Moreover, God remembers His covenant. God remembers His mercies. God remembers your labour of love. God remembers your tears and He knows your struggles.

Those who fear God are His jewels according to Malachi 3:17, “And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.” Like Cornelius, God would send someone to deliver your heavenly blessings to you. It is time for your good works to speak and God would surely bless you this New Year. Year 2017 will be fruitful and rewarding for you in every aspect of your life in Jesus name!

A sickness free life

There is a revelation in Romans 8:11 that God used to liberate me from the grip of sickness. The drug that was given to me during the time of my sickness has the tendency to go to the wrong places, leaving the places with problems, and it will go on to the places without problems.

There is always the tendency for us to get distracted in life. Our eyes will go off course when we are distracted and we lose focus. The Christian life is a walk with Jesus as our focus but the cares of this life and deceitfulness of riches makes us take our eyes off Jesus. We
