We give all the glory to God for the successful inauguration of The Stone Church Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. The inauguration was a two-day event (Saturday – Sunday, 2nd & 3rd September 2017) that featured ministrations from Lively Stones (Mokola, Ibadan) and Shekinah Stones (Mokola, Ibadan). The inauguration held at the church location:- Ondo State Library Board, beside St. Peters Bus-Stop, Oyemekun road, Ondo State.
On Saturday night, Pastor Ayokunle Fatokun preached a message titled, Who will take the Son? On the second day, which was Sunday morning, the Senior Pastor Alex Adegboye, founder and president of the Word Alive Ministries, preached a message titled, The Power of His Presence.
In general, a number of persons were in attendance among whom were eight pastors – four from our headquarter Church, Mokola Ibadan; three from our Ibadan Yoruba churches; and one from Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State as well as members of The Stone Church Akure, members of The Stone Church Mokola, and other friends and well-wishers both within and outside Akure.
