Total Deliverance In Zion

The church is Mount Zion and the reason we come to church (Mount Zion) is to learn how we can release the power of God into any challenges we might be facing. Mount Zion is the body of believers. It is the residence of His power, and His power is resident in His word (the Holy Scriptures). Every situation will bow to a superior power and that is the power of Jesus. There’s provision in His power that can overcome the difficulties and hard times you might be going through.

There is comprehensive provision in Mount Zion for our deliverance from every issue no matter its weight, size or height. This is the only universal provision for every situation which is only available in Christ Jesus. Halleluyah! Sometimes, man likes to use his academic, mental, psychological, physical, financial or material strength and capacity to bring solution to his myriad of needs and anxieties; but I bring you good news – Jesus has already made provision for everything in Zion.

Jer 8:19-22 Behold the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people because of them that dwell in a far country: Is not the LORD in Zion? is not her king in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their graven images, and with strange vanities?

The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.

For the hurt of the daughter of my people am I hurt; I am black; astonishment hath taken hold on me.

Is there no balm in Gilead; is there no physician there? why then is not the health of the daughter of my people recovered?

Obadiah 1:17-21 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.

And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it.

And they of the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and they of the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Gilead.

And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.

And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD’S.

These Scriptures imply we’ve got to possess our possessions because God is against anything holding us back from possessing what is ours. The possessions in Mount Zion amounts to the comprehensive provision Jesus has already made available for us. As a matter of fact, anything contrary to your life is actually an enemy of God.

Luk 1:71&4 That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us;

That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,

1 Sam 2:7-10 The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, and he hath set the world upon them.

He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.

The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.

God releases power to lift a man from the dunghill, to set him among princes, to heal the sick and stop the roaring of the enemy. He releases power to put an end to the activities of the enemy so you don’t have to adjust to the status quo. Jesus has come to deliver you!

Sometimes, people still remain in their ill-conditions in spite of this manifold provision for the following reasons:

  1. Because of ignorance. It could also be caused by insufficient knowledge. Ignorance can destroy or delay. Hos 4:6.
  2. Disobedience or rebellion, Isa 59:1-2.
  3. Lack of self discipline, 1 Cor 6:12.
  4. Because the enemy takes advantage of them. If the enemy wants to attack you he looks for something to take advantage of, 2 Cor 2:11.
  5. Giving place to offence. What people do to you is not as important as your response, Act 24:16.
  6. It is not yet time for deliverance. Deliverance comes with time, Ecc 3:11.

Liberty is God’s idea for every one of us. He is not about to set you free, He has already done it. He has made you free from sicknesses and diseases, poverty, shame, bondage, famine and scarcity.

These are few comments on deliverance and liberty –

  1. Jesus has made provision; stop begging people, the devil or the situation. Talk to God who has made the provision.
  2. Jesus did it before and can do it again. He delivered people in the days of His flesh and He has not changed. He can do it again, Act 10:38.
  3. Deliverance is His purpose, counsel and will for you. It is this will that works our own good. Eph 1:11, Pro19:21.
  4. The spirit of liberty is in the house of God, 2 Cor3:17, Rom 1:4.

Conclusion

Every limitation you have only exists in your own mind. Nothing limits God except you.

God bless you.

A sickness free life

There is a revelation in Romans 8:11 that God used to liberate me from the grip of sickness. The drug that was given to me during the time of my sickness has the tendency to go to the wrong places, leaving the places with problems, and it will go on to the places without problems.

There is always the tendency for us to get distracted in life. Our eyes will go off course when we are distracted and we lose focus. The Christian life is a walk with Jesus as our focus but the cares of this life and deceitfulness of riches makes us take our eyes off Jesus. We
