Its either He saves you from the fire or He saves you in the fire. Faith in the Almighty God puts you on top. Faith is the victory. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Faith in God quenches the violence of fire. Fire does not destroy faith, it purifies faith.
Isaiah 43:2, When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
You’re either in fire, or coming out of fire or about to enter into fire. God is a good God and He gives everybody an opportunity to get out of the fire but it has to be by faith. Faith is the spiritual component that pleases God. Faith is not based on result; it is rather based on relationship.
In Daniel 3, we see king Nebuchadnezzar threatening the Hebrew boys with fire. Bow or burn! Just like the afflictions we face in life is making a demand on us – either to bow or burn. As it turned out, God came to their rescue to the extent that the king said there is no God that can deliver after this sort.
What to do in the fire:
Look out for Jesus because He is near. Ps 23:4; Acts 27:23
Draw near to Jesus Christ through meditation. Ps 143:10
Stand therefore. Ephe 6:14
Conclusion:
Your enemy will regret attacking you because it will lead to your promotion (Dan 3:30). The lofty position or the height of your enemy does not matter; God has not created anyone that He cannot deal with. There is nobody that can help you in the fiery furnace except Jesus Christ. He was in the furnace of fire with the Hebrew boys as the fourth man in the fire (Dan 3:25). They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever (Ps 125:1). God is mighty to save and He will deliver you.
